A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of about $10,000 in cash, as well as what police suspect was cocaine, methamphetamine and cannabis. Police also found edged weapons and bear spray.

A 31-year-old from Weedon, Que., is charged with two counts of trafficking and one count of possession of property obtained by crime.

A 32-year-old from Quebec City is facing the same charges.

Both accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Feb. 8 in Chapleau.
