An Ontario Provincial Police investigation has led to charges against two Harris Township residents.
Police say the investigation began on December 27, 2018, involving members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police and the Temiskaming Crime Unit.
The units were looking into the theft of almost $400,000 that occurred between April 2018 and June 2018 in the City of Temiskaming Shores.
A 48-year-old Harris Township man has been charged with nine counts of theft over five-thousand dollars.
A 46-year-old Harris Township woman has been charged with two counts of theft under five-thousand dollars.
Both are to appear in court on October 8, 2019
