SUDBURY --
Police in Sudbury say they responded to a collision Saturday afternoon just before 3 p.m.
Officers say a pedestrian in a wheelchair was crossing the road at the intersection of King Street and Notre Dame Avenue, when the man was struck by a vehicle.
The 67-year-old man had the right-of-way and sustained non-life threatening injuries.
The driver, a 61-year-old-man, has been charged with careless driving.
