Ontario Provincial Police say a 26-year-old driver has been charged after a single-vehicle rollover Tuesday night.
Police say it happened around 10:50 pm on Highway 17, east of Mattawa on August 20.
The driver of the transport truck was uninjured in the crash and has been charged with careless driving in the incident.
Police closed the road for five hours while crews cleaned up.
