OPP investigate fatal ATV crash in Kapuskasing
James Bay Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision on Belanger Road North Road in Kapuskasing involving a side-by-side all-terrain vehicle.
The crash took place Oct. 30, with police responding at 12:30 p.m.
"Police located a person deceased at the scene, where a side-by-side ATV was turned over on its side, in the ditch of Belanger Road North," the OPP said in a news release Saturday.
"The OPP's traffic incident management enforcement team and technical collision investigator are assisting with this investigation."

The investigation is ongoing under the direction of the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
A post-mortem examination is scheduled to take place at a later time.
