Provincial police have charged a Nova Scotia man after a routine traffic stop Monday near Blind River, halfway between Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie.
Officers say the man was travelling at a slow rate of speed on Highway 17 near Algoma Mills.
The man was arrested after police seized more than 30 pounds of marijuana with a street value of $68,000.
