After a North Bay man retired from pathology, he realized he couldn’t sit still.
Kirk Ready is now sharing the project that has kept him busy for the last three years, a tiny home located outside of the Green Store on the city's Trout Lake Road.

Ready says his initial desire was to live in the home, but he has now decided to sell it.
The asking price for the tiny home is $87,500 and the sale is a fundraiser to generate money to fix a roof at the local Trinity United Church.
Tours of the structure will be offered on Sunday.
