SUDBURY -- Someone smashed a car windshield overnight in North Bay on Monday using what appears to be a shutoff valve.

North Bay Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying both the person responsible – and the source of the shutoff valve used to destroy the windshield.

The vehicle was parked in a gravel parking lot on Oak Street East south-west of Fisher Street.
