A 25-year-old North Bay man was issued a ticket on Thursday for using his phone to take video while driving.
Provincial police in North Bay say as officers were directing traffic at a collision near Jocko Point on Highway 17, a man drove by the scene while recording on his cellphone.
OPP say he was issued a $615 ticket and could face a three-day license suspension if convicted.
No injuries have been reported in the crash, but police are reminding drivers to slow down and drive according to weather conditions.
