North Bay-area suspect violates release conditions, drives dirt bike with no lights, no plates

A 41-year-old has been charged with violating release conditions after police stopped a dirt bike driver Feb. 17 in Callander.
Patrolling Ontario Provincial Police officers saw the dirt bike driving with no lights around 9 p.m. on Callander Bay Drive.
The driver was charged with violating a release order, driving with no plates or permit, driving without a rear light or mirror and not having a proper licence.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on March 5.
