Sudbury police received a call around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday about concern for the well-being of a 37-year-old blonde woman named Kyla, spokesperson Kaitlyn Dunn told CTV News in an email.

She had been last seen in the area of Radar Road and Dupuis Drive.

A search and rescue team conducted a ground search in the area she was last seen to Guenette Drive on Wednesday morning.

An aerial search was deployed by Greater Sudbury Police Service's rural community response unit and Ontario Provincial Police.
