Organizers of the 2019 Dragon Boat Festival in Sudbury are already looking forward to the spring thaw.
Festival organizers announced today the NEO Kids Foundation will be the beneficiary of the money raised during the20th anniversary races.
Patricia Mills of the NEO Kids foundation explains the Capital Project will be receiving the funding to help build the Health Centre.
Festival co-chair Chris Gavard says over the last nineteen years, 1.800,000 dollars has been raised for nine charities in the community.
The event is slated for July 13, 2019 on Ramsey Lake in Sudbury.
