The Ontario legislature resumes sitting Tuesday for the final session before the June election.

For the Ontario Progressive Conservatives, it's been a tumultuous winter break.

Their leader resigned, was kicked out of caucus and is now campaigning to get his old job back.

Tuesday morning, the interim Ontario PC leader Vic Fedeli was asked to expand on why Brown was kicked out of caucus.

“While it would be unfair to talk about Mr. Brown and those decisions because they happened before he entered the leadership race, but now that he’s in the leadership race, to be perfectly fair to everybody, including Patrick, I’m not going to offer any comment about any candidate or any of the history. It’s now in the leadership process and quite frankly, over the next three weeks it’ll be up to the membership to decide.” said Fedeli.

Patrick Brown won't be at Queen's Park Tuesday, instead he will be out campaigning.

He stepped down as Ontario’s Progressive Conservative leader last month amid sexual misconduct allegations made by two women on CTV News. Brown has fully denied the allegations.

The party will pick its leader on March 10th and Ontario goes to the polls on June 7th.
