Ontario Provincial Police in Powassan, south of North Bay, have charged a 44-year-old man with sexual assault and driving under a suspended license.
Police say that the suspect, from North Bay, was the employee of a local moving company and had sexually assaulted a customer in her home earlier this month.
He was released on bail on Friday and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on November 6th.
Police say there could be more victims.
