There's good news for commuters who use inter-city bus service in the Northeast.

Bus routes are being expanded westward along Highway 17 to include twenty new communities, covering over 750 kilometres from North Bay to White River.  Some of the major stops include Sudbury, Espanola, Massey, Iron Bridge, Goulais River, Sault Ste. Marie, and Wawa.

“We look forward to conveniently connecting passengers where they need to be; whether for medical appointments, school, travel or family visits.” said Tracy MacPhee, Ontario Northland’s Director of Passenger Operations.

“We have received an overwhelmingly positive response from the communities we’ve been in contact with. We look forward to introducing Ontario Northland’s safe and reliable motor coach service to new markets and growing our ridership.” said MacPhee.

Full eastbound and westbound services begin Monday, January 15th and operates every day except Saturdays.
