Ontario Provincial Police from East Algoma say a 26-year-old Blind River man has been charged after the alleged sexual assault of another man on December 27th.

Police say an investigation revealed the victim went to a party at a friend’s house, got drunk, and decided to spend the night.

That’s where, according to police, the accused, who was unknown to the individual, sexually assaulted him.

The accused is scheduled to appear in a Blind River court on March 7th.
