Nicole Di Donato, Sault Ste. Marie videojournalist

Nicole Di Donato is a videojournalist with CTV Northern Ontario in Sault Ste. Marie.

Originally from Mississauga, Nicole has a journalism degree from Ryerson University and a minor in public relations.

From a young age, Nicole knew she wanted to work in the television and film industry. She got her start by acting in a series of commercials on both the Family Channel and YTV. Nicole then discovered her passion for broadcast journalism after completing a summer co-op at Rogers Television Mississauga in 2014.  

Before joining the CTV Northern Ontario team, Nicole completed an internship at CTV Saskatoon where she had the opportunity to report on a wide range of stories.

She also worked as the floor director of a two-hour live television show for CHIN  Radio and Television, and hosted her own radio show on CJRU 1280AM in Toronto.

Nicole enjoys meeting new people and loves covering stories related to music, film and the arts.

She has had a passion for performing and writing for as long as she can remember and looks forward to a future of storytelling.
