She is a medium-sized, medium-energy dog that would make a great addition to most households. She will need two good walks per day.
She loves to meet new people, Sweetie is not shy and when meeting new people you can certainly see her excitement.
"She loves people; her main goal in life is just to have human attention," added Binns.Sweetie is always excited to meet new people. (Dan Bertrand/CTV News Northern Ontario)“The only caveat for miss Sweetie here is she wants to be the center of attention at all times,” said Binns.
“So no other animals in the house for her.”
Sweetie was brought to the Ontario SPCA Sudbury & District Animal Centre on the College Boreal campus on Lasalle Boulevard from North Carolina through a program the SPCA has with southern shelters.
Binns said people need not be concerned with her coming from the states as she has been through a northern Ontario winter already..
