A man from Mattawa is celebrating after winning the top prize in an instant scratch lottery ticket.
Ontaroi Lotery and Gaming Corporation says Gilles Turenne has won $2-million with Instant $2,000,000 Supreme.
The winning ticket was purchased at Mattawa Discount Variety on McConnell Street in Mattawa.
