SUDBURY -- A 50-year-old man from Kapuskasing has been charged with sexual assault, an incident alleged to have taken place in 1984.
James Bay Ontario Provincial Police received information about the incident and began an investigation Aug. 10, 2020.
The 50-year-old is charged with sexual assault with a weapon. He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in a Kapuskasing court in March.
