Healthcare workers employed at hospitals across the province are rallying Wednesday.

Unions say they want respect and fairness in negotiations with the Ontario Hospital Association.

Rallies are being held in Sudbury, North Bay, Elliot Lake, Sault Ste. Marie, Timiskaming Shores and other cities and towns across the north east.

The unions represent 75,000 nurses, personal support workers, porters, administrative, dietary, cleaning, and trades staff at 160 hospitals.
