Highway 17 reopened near Goulais River following crash

UPDATE: Highway 17 was reopened just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday 

 

ORIGINAL: Highway 17 is closed in both directions near Goulais River following a serious collision.

OPP put out an alert on Twitter shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday evening stating the highway was closed between Highway 552 and Highway 556.

At this time no other details have been released including how many vehicles were involved or if there were any injuries.
