Sault Ste. Marie Fire Service crews were called out to an early morning fire, August 13, in the downtown area of the city.
Officials say crews responded to a fire just after midnight in the 0-100 block of London Street.
They say crews were able to contain and extinguish the fire.
There were no injuries. Damage to the residence is extensive as the fire remains under investigation.
