Sudbury police say a crash at involving a transport and a vehicle at a busy downtown intersection closed the Lloyd Street hill for about an hour during lunchtime.
They say it happened just before noon on Tuesday, July 9 at Notre Dame Avenue and Elm Street.
The crash has closed the Lloyd Street hill, near the water tower, between the Kingsway and Pearl Street.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area while the roadway is cleared and an investigation is completed.
Police say to expect delays.
Minor injuries are being reported.
Sudbury police say that there are reports that the transport malfunctioned and rolled down the Lloyd Street hill striking a vehicle near the Elm/Notre Dame intersection.
