SUDBURY -- A 28-year-old man has been charged in connection with a multi-vehicle crash on Hwy 11 that killed a Timmins man, according to OPP.
The crash happened on Feb. 27 in Benoit Township and took the life of 42-year-old Marcel Perreault from Timmins.
Following the incident, police closed the highway overnight, causing several trucks to be stranded on the road.
Now, a man from Port Sydney, south of Huntsville, has been charged with dangerous operation causing death.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in court in Timmins on July 14.
