Sudbury woman was killed when run over by a grader
A judge was expected to rule Wednesday in a case involving six charges against the City of Greater Sudbury.
They are Occupational Health and Safety charges that are related to the death of 58-year-old Cecile Paquette, who was struck and killed by a grader on a city construction project in September 2015.
The case has been adjourned until August 31st because the judge needs more time to review the evidence.
