Traffic in Sudbury was snarled in the east end of the city, near Coniston, early Friday morning.

At around 7:30 a.m. a transport truck rolled over while exiting the bypass and turning east toward North Bay.

The Ontario Provincial Police said the transport struck another vehicle. Both drivers were transported to hospital with minor injuries, and eventually released.

The OPP has charged the driver of the transport, Manpartap Singh, 21, from Winnipeg, with careless driving.

The stretch of road is reduced to one lane. The OPP said traffic will be moving slowly through the area as the cleanup continues.
