A Sault Ste. Marie company has been issued requirements and orders by the Ministry of Labour, following a workplace death earlier this month.
Ontario Concrete and Apex Crane on Great Northern Road must provide documentation to the ministry; along with signage, barriers and safeguards for worker safety.
On April 7, a worker died on-site after being struck by a vehicle. Police determined the company wasn't at fault.
